What is generally covered under the warranty?
CSI covers defects of manufacture, failure due to incorrect adherence to our manufacture specifications, and premature material/findings/cover failure. Failure by the customer to follow proper care and use instructions will negate the CSI warranty. Abuse by the customer will also negate the CSI warranty. With that said, these situations are negotiated in good faith and are not intended to be an attempt to disposition out of a warranty claim. If deemed warrantable, the cover will either be repaired or replaced at CSI’s discretion. It may be that the unit must be returned for a proper assessment of a warrantable condition. In all cases, the warranty amount is limited to a maximum of the value of the cover.

Can I trailer my boat cover with the poles installed?
Yes, poles may be used during transport.

Why is my cover billowing when I trailer with it?
Some subtle buffeting is expected. Billowing is not. Billowing is a sign that air is entering the cover in greater quantities than the vents can vacuum out. This is normally due to incorrect cover install, specifically the proper position of the cover over the chine/rubrail and ratcheting of the cover.
